A lawsuit has been filed by Noushin Faraji, a former hairstylist for Fox Sports, alleging that longtime host Skip Bayless made repeated, unwanted sexual advances towards her, including a shocking offer of $1.5 million for sex. The complaint, lodged in California's Superior Court, names Bayless, Fox Sports, and other associated executives as defendants, claiming a pervasive culture of harassment at the network.

In her legal filing, Faraji describes a hostile work environment where executives and on-air personalities allegedly abused their positions with impunity. The suit outlines specific instances of sexual misconduct by Bayless, including unwanted hugs and kisses, alongside comments suggesting he could "change her life" if she complied with his demands for sex.

According to CNN, Faraji reported that Bayless initially began his harassment in 2017 and allegedly increased the pressure over the years. The startling offer of $1.5 million for sexual relations occurred after Faraji informed Bayless about her health struggles related to ovarian cancer.

Faraji also alleges that Fox executive Charlie Dixon groped her at a party and that she faced ongoing harassment not only from him but from others within the organization, including her colleague Joy Taylor. The suit states that Taylor told Faraji to "get over it" when she reported Dixon's behavior.
