Edward Yedid, 46, a co-founder of the interior design firm Grade New York, was arrested for driving intoxicated after a Christmas Day car crash.
He reportedly crashed his 2021 Porsche Taycan 4S into a family’s vehicle while driving at high speeds and allegedly told them, “Sorry, my car just accelerates really quickly.”
Witnesses described Yedid's condition post-accident, noting he had bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol.
He faces multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right, and is scheduled for court on January 8.
All individuals involved in the incident sustained minor injuries and were treated at a local hospital.
