Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a 42-year-old man from Texas and a former U.S. Army veteran, is the prime suspect in a horrific truck attack that occurred during New Year's celebrations in New Orleans. The incident reportedly resulted in the deaths of at least 15 individuals and injured dozens more.
