Mohamed Salah arrived at Istanbul airport on Wednesday wearing Trabzonspor's blue and burgundy kit, greeted by hundreds of fans in anticipation of his transfer to the Turkish side. Trabzonspor's club chairman, Ertugrul Dogan, confirmed the ongoing negotiations, stating they expected to sign Salah on a free transfer during a ceremony in Trabzon scheduled for Thursday, according to Reuters and Al Jazeera.

Salah had a successful nine-year tenure at Liverpool, where he tallied 257 goals in 442 appearances, and won the Premier League and UEFA Champions League titles.
