The FBI reported the disruption of a suspected plot aimed at the UFC America 250 event at the White House. According to FBI Director Kash Patel, the agency became aware of potential threats on June 10, just four days prior to the highly publicized event attended by President Donald Trump. Multiple individuals are now in custody, and the threats were reportedly “stopped cold” thanks to coordinated efforts among federal and local law enforcement agencies, according to CBS News, Reuters, and BBC.

Law enforcement officials indicated that the alleged plot involved plans to deploy explosive-laden drones over the event, forcing panic among the crowd while gunmen would target those fleeing. Among those in custody was Tycen Proper, who allegedly communicated about the attack in a group chat and had expressed extremist views.
