Singapore's Minister for Foreign Affairs, Vivian Balakrishnan, announced that the nation may reconsider its stance on recognizing a Palestinian state, contingent upon the continuation of deteriorating conditions or if Israel takes further actions that undermine the prospect of a two-state solution.
