Cambridge Dictionary has added more than 6,000 new words over the past year, including popular slang such as “skibidi,” “tradwife,” and “delulu.” These additions reflect the influence of social media and changing language patterns. “Skibidi” is defined as a term that can mean "cool" or "bad" and is related to a viral animated video series on YouTube known as "Skibidi Toilet" according to SCMP and BBC.

The term “tradwife,” a contraction of “traditional wife,” describes a married woman who embraces domestic roles and often shares these aspects on social media platforms.
