China's Tiangong space station is set to conduct thousands of experiments over the next 10-15 years to achieve breakthroughs in space technology.
The China Manned Space Agency reported that 181 experiments have been completed, delivering nearly 2 tonnes of scientific materials.
Research will target near-Earth, cislunar space, and deep space, focusing on precision measurements, robotics, and life support technologies.
China is training new crew members, including scientists from Hong Kong and Macau, aiming for lunar landings and to establish a lunar research station by 2030.
The Tiangong station's capabilities are significant, achieving more than half the experimental research power of the ISS while being only 20% of its weight.
