Born in South Dakota on May 11, 1970, Katt began his acting career as a child, making appearances on shows like “Fantasy Island” and “CHiPs.” He was later known for his roles as menacing characters in various films and television programs, including portraying high school bully Clint Bruno in the 1993 film “Dazed and Confused,” which has since become a beloved piece of 1990s cinema.
