Elon Musk has prominently supported Germany's far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party through interactions with influencer Naomi Seibt.
Seibt, who has criticized climate activism and COVID-19 measures, has over 368,000 followers on X and claims Musk reached out for insights on the party.
Musk's public support shifted from questioning the party's reputation in June to declaring that the AfD could "save" Germany by December.
The AfD is associated with conservative ideologies but faces allegations of extremist views and public backlash, highlighted by its stance on immigration and WWII reparations.
Despite requests for comment, Musk and the AfD have not provided responses regarding the implications of these online engagements.
