The **Spanish Salvamento Marítimo** rescue service reported finding the newborn just minutes after his birth.
In 2024, a **record number** of **46,843 migrants** reached the Canaries, amid a rising **death toll** during dangerous crossings.
Despite the peril, the rescue crew celebrated this event as a special gift on **Three Kings Day**.
