A couple from Nagpur, **Jeril Damson Oscar Moncriff** (57) and **Anne** (46), tragically ended their lives following a celebration of their **26th wedding anniversary**.
After partying late into the night, they dressed in their **wedding attire** to commit suicide at home early Tuesday.
Jeril was found hanging in the kitchen, while Anne's body was meticulously wrapped and adorned with flowers in the drawing room.
Two **suicide notes** implied their decision was mutual, leaving behind no clear motive, which has left authorities perplexed.
The couple’s poignant wish to be **buried hand in hand** in a common coffin was fulfilled later that evening at the cemetery.
