NVIDIA, a leader in artificial intelligence and accelerated computing, has unveiled its new AI platform Cosmos at CES 2025, targeting the development of robots and autonomous vehicles (AVs). This transformational platform promises to harness generative AI to solve complex challenges in robotic training.
Cosmos introduces world foundation models (WFMs), which are advanced neural networks that generate precise video simulations. Trained on an extensive dataset of 20 million hours of real-world robotics and driving footage, these models enable developers to create lifelike, physics-accurate virtual environments, as detailed in a report by Newsweek.
